Application closing date: Friday 6th May 2011 (applications received by this date will receive free food vouchers for the BBQ and kids party bag). Due to the popularity of this event, numbers may be limited and will be on a first come first served basis.

Participants can register on the day but please note that children will not be able to have a party bag and there will be no free food vouchers included in the price.
Under 11’s will be sent sponsor forms to raise money for the school (not obligatory).

All proceeds will benefit the Deddington Primary School (Deddington PTA, Registered Charity Number 1052715) and or other local youth projects
 

Entry fees:
 £7 for pre-registered adults (includes food voucher
 £3.50 for pre-registered children Y7—Y12 (includes food voucher)
 Y6 and under FOC (if walking with adult)
 £17.50 family ticket (2 adults, 2 x Y7+)
 Please enquire for pricing for groups/associations
 Same price on day, no food vouchers

Please note that toilet facilities are located at the Windmill Centre only. 1 drinks station on route. Routes are not "buggy friendly". Observe the weather on the day and carry extra water, wear appropriate clothing & footwear. Routes can be very muddy!

For Health & Safety reasons, all walkers are re-quested to book back in at the Windmill Centre on completion or in the case of abandonment.

  • Be safe - look out for signs and follow marshals’ advice
  • Do not stray from the publicised route
  • Leave gates and property as you find them
  • Protect plants and animals, take all your litter home
  • Consider other people, respect their land, livelihood and livestock
  • Dogs must remain on leads at all times and please clean up after your pet
  • Please cross the main roads at the organised marshal points
